From small, intimate board meetings in the “Treverer Boardroom”—a 29-square-meter space for up to 10 people—to large conferences or festive banquets in a combination of several rooms that together cover an area of approximately 440 square meters. This flexibility makes it possible to adapt the spaces to the specific requirements of your event.
Our 8 customizable conference rooms offer flexible layout options and feature a modern meeting space of approximately 700 m², which can accommodate up to 200 people. These spaces are ideal for exhibitions, information booths, as well as workshops and seminars tailored specifically to your individual needs.

- RÖMER: With 70 square meters of space and room for up to 60 people, this room is ideal for larger workshops and seminars.
- FRANKEN: Also 69 m² in size and designed to accommodate up to 60 people, making it ideal for seminars and workshops with a moderate number of participants.
- Klio: With an area of 55 square meters, this room can accommodate up to 32 people and is ideal for workshops and seminars.

From 30 days before the event: 60% of food & beverage revenue / 75% of conference package
From 10 days before the event: 85% of food & beverage revenue / 85% of conference package
The hotel will reduce the fee by any income from re-renting the room and saved costs. All cancellations must be made in writing.
