The Park Plaza Trier Hotel is a unique event venue that combines versatility and flexibility with state-of-the-art technology and elegant design. All of our event rooms are located on the top floor and feature large windows that let in plenty of natural light, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. In addition, all rooms are air-conditioned, can be darkened, and are equipped with technical amenities such as ceiling projectors, screens, pinboards, flipcharts, and pens and notepads. High-speed internet access via Wi-Fi or LAN ensures that every event runs smoothly.

Our spaces provide the ideal setting for a wide variety of event formats. From small, intimate board meetings in the “Treverer Boardroom”—a 29-square-meter space for up to 10 people—to large conferences or festive banquets in a combination of several rooms that together cover an area of approximately 440 square meters. This flexibility makes it possible to adapt the spaces to the specific requirements of your event.

 

Our 8 customizable conference rooms offer flexible layout options and feature a modern meeting space of approximately 700 m², which can accommodate up to 200 people. These spaces are ideal for exhibitions, information booths, as well as workshops and seminars tailored specifically to your individual needs.

  •  KELTEN "Kreativraum": With 26 square meters of space, this event room can accommodate up to 10 people—ideal for intensive brainstorming sessions or small group workshops.
  • TREVERER "Boardroom": This 29-square-meter event room can accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for exclusive board meetings or small conferences.
  • RÖMER: With 70 square meters of space and room for up to 60 people, this room is ideal for larger workshops and seminars.
  • FRANKEN: Also 69 m² in size and designed to accommodate up to 60 people, making it ideal for seminars and workshops with a moderate number of participants.
  • Klio: With an area of 55 square meters, this room can accommodate up to 32 people and is ideal for workshops and seminars.
  • Erato: Similar to Klio, with 52 m², it’s ideal for creative meetings or smaller presentations.
  • Thalia: Our largest single room, measuring 87 m², can accommodate up to 80 guests—perfect for larger gatherings or celebrations.
  • Urania: Spanning 80 square meters, this elegant space features hardwood flooring, making it ideal for stylish events, and can accommodate up to 48 guests.
  •  Dachterrasse: With 115 square meters of space, this unique outdoor area offers a spectacular setting for receptions and outdoor events, featuring a magnificent view of the city of Trier.

Cancellation Fees (if no free cancellation was agreed):

From 60 days before the event: 35% of food & beverage revenue / 60% of conference package
From 30 days before the event: 60% of food & beverage revenue / 75% of conference package
From 10 days before the event: 85% of food & beverage revenue / 85% of conference package

The hotel will reduce the fee by any income from re-renting the room and saved costs. All cancellations must be made in writing.
