in the Roman steam bath:
Even the Romans knew how to appreciate the warm, moist air created by hot stones placed in water. Gentle steam, combined with fragrant aromas, guarantee you perfect relaxation!
in the sauna:
Take some time for physical and mental well-being, so that everyday stress just slips away. A low relative humidity of about 10 % with a temperature of 140 – 195 °F/60 - 90 °C will quickly make you work up a sweat! The process opens the pores to make your complexion clean and fresh. This is total body care!
in the ice grotto:
In a Roman atmosphere, you can stimulate your body in a room with ice cubes from a Roman bowl and promote the body’s circulation.
in the adventure and aroma shower:
